Client

Our client is a German family-owned business based in Southern Germany, specializing in the manufacture and sale of products for the dental industry.

Tasks
  • You build a close relationship with our existing customer base, always keep an eye on their individual needs and help them to identify new goals;
  • You sell our innovative products to existing customers with negotiating skills and strong closing capabilities and acquire potential new customers;
  • You will inspire decision-makers with our portfolio, on the phone, via web demo and in person on site;
  • You will be fully responsible for customer accounts and advise customers on our complex products and services in order to realize possible cross and upsell potentials;
  • You will talk to stakeholders at all hierarchical levels, record their individual requirements, draft appropriate offers and negotiate the conditions;
  • You will work closely with the product and technology departments to continuously improve customer satisfaction;
  • You will develop action plans, implement sales strategies and ensure that the order and sales targets are achieved;
  • You advise your customers on the benefits of our products and on the long-term, strategic expansion of your accounts.
Requirements
  • You are a dental technician or dental merchant and advise and sell with great passion;
  • You can look back on (initial) experience in sales - ideally in the dental industry;
  • You are a positive person, think customer- and solution-oriented and impress with an independent, confident way of working and a hands-on mentality;
  • You bring willingness to travel, to trade fairs and to local customers;
  • You are a team player and you think and act in a networking manner.
