Client

Our client is a German family-owned business based in Southern Germany, specializing in the manufacture and sale of products for the dental industry.

Tasks

• You are responsible for building, developing and maintaining long-term relationships with major customers and trading partners;
• You will develop concepts for the development of new customers, implement sales strategies and ensure that the order and sales targets are achieved;
• You coordinate the collaboration between customers and internal specialist departments;
• You plan campaigns, events and training courses in cooperation with various internal departments. This also includes the implementation and participation in trade fairs;
• You will analyze the market and competitive situation and develop action plans to increase sales targets and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• You are a dental technician or dental salesman and have in-depth sales and distribution experience, ideally in the dental industry;
• You have sales experience in the field of CAD / CAM-supported production of dental technology services;
• With your business and analytical approach, you have already demonstrably achieved success in the sale of complex and advice-intensive products;
• Excellent communication skills, a high degree of customer understanding and professional handling of MS Office round off your profile.
